STANDARDS

SVOBODNY SOKOL Ductile iron Pipes are manufactured in strict compliance with ISO 2351-1998 and EN 545-2002 Standards.

PIPE LINING AND COATING

Cement mortar lining is applied by centrifugal process in strict compliance with ISO 4179-2005 Standard.

Zinc external coating by metallic zinc spraying with a finishing layer of bituminous paint is applied in strict compliance with ISO 8179 Part 1 - 2004 Standard.

Other types of lining and coating can be applied upon special request and specification of the customers.

CLASS DESIGNATION

SVOBODNY SOKOL Ductile iron Pipes are manufactured in class designation K9 as established in Standard ISO 2531.

Pipes in class designation K10 and above can be supplied upon special request and specification of the customers.

PIPE LENGTH

DI Pipes manufactured by SVOBODNY SOKOL are supplied in 6 meters effective length.

RUBBER GASKETS

Rubber Gaskets supplied are made of EPDM and comply with drinking water and Healthcare regulations

All parts and materials to be in contact with water such as cement mortar - bituminous paint, rubber gaskets have passed all required non-toxicity tests by independent laboratories and have obtained the WRAS approval.
